These regulations define the rules for using the store, placing orders, payments, delivery, returns, complaints and data processing.

Before placing an order, the Customer should read the Terms and Conditions. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of them.
2. Characteristics of the store and products

Maybell's is a brand that creates products in short series, often hand-sewn or made-to-order.

Products may differ slightly from each other (e.g. shade of wool, texture, small details) - this is a natural feature of handmade products.

Product information (description, photos, size tables) is for illustrative purposes only, but we strive to make it as accurate as possible.

In the case of individual modifications (e.g. lining, sleeve length, individual size), the product is sewn especially for the customer.
3. Placing orders

Orders can be placed 24/7 via the store website.

To place an order, the Customer selects:

product,
-
size or individual parameters,
-
color and any accessories (e.g. lining).

After adding the product to the cart, the Customer completes the shipping details and selects the delivery and payment method.

After paying for the order, the Customer receives an e-mail confirming that the order has been accepted for processing.

We only start sewing custom-made products after payment has been received.
4. Prices and payments

All prices quoted in the store are gross prices (including VAT, where applicable).

Delivery costs are provided when placing the order.

Accepted forms of payment:

bank transfer.

If payment is not received within the specified time, the order may be canceled.

The store reserves the right to periodically change prices and introduce promotions.
5. Order fulfillment

Standard order processing time is 3–7 business days .

During periods of increased order volume (e.g. holidays, sales) this time may be longer.

Personalised products (e.g. lining, individual size) may require additional lead times.

Once the package has been shipped, the customer receives a tracking number (if available).

The store is not responsible for delays resulting from the actions of courier companies.
6. Delivery

Deliveries are made within Poland and selected European countries.

Available delivery methods depend on the country of collection and are visible when placing the order.

The customer is obliged to provide a correct address - an incorrect address may result in delays or return of the shipment.

Failure to collect the parcel resulting in its return to the sender may result in additional shipping costs.
7. Returns

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the package , without giving any reason.

To make a return, the Customer uses the Convenient Returns platform available on the store's website.

The returned product cannot:

bear traces of use,
-
be dirty, damaged, without tags (if any).

The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the parcel and positive verification of the product condition.

The cost of returning the goods in the event of a simple withdrawal from the contract is borne by the Customer.

Personalised products (e.g. shortened sleeves, custom sizes) may not be eligible for return.
8. Complaints

If the product has a defect, the Customer has the right to file a complaint.

Complaints should be submitted by email, providing:

order number,

description of the defect,
-
photos documenting the problem.

Complaints are considered within 14 business days .

In the event of a justified complaint, the store offers:

repair,

product replacement,
-
partial refund,
-
full refund - depending on the situation.

Defects resulting from improper use are not subject to complaint.
9. Customer account and newsletter

Creating an account is voluntary and not necessary to place an order.

The account allows you to:

faster shopping,

access to order history,
-
tracking the status of your shipment (if available).

Subscription to the newsletter is voluntary and may be withdrawn at any time.
10. Personal data and cookies

11. Responsibility

delays of courier companies,

incorrect address provided by the Customer,

operation of external services (payment operators).

The store undertakes to deliver products free from defects.
12. Final provisions

The Regulations may be updated, and changes are effective from the moment they are published on the website.

For orders placed before the changes to the regulations, the previous version shall apply.

In matters not regulated, Polish law shall apply.
