DELIVERY AND PAYMENT POLICY

1. Introduction

This policy sets out the rules regarding payment methods, costs, available shipping methods and order processing times for Maybell's Diana Koval online store.
We create products in short series or on individual order, so some items are sewn only after the order has been paid for.


2. Available payment methods

At Maybell's we provide secure electronic payment methods.

2.1. Przelewy24 electronic payments

We serve:

  • BLIK

  • fast online transfers

  • payment cards (Visa, Mastercard)

  • Apple Pay / Google Pay (where available)

The transaction is recorded immediately and allows you to start processing your order.

2.2. PayPal

Allows payment:

  • debit card,

  • credit card,

  • funds from your PayPal account.

2.3. Payment deadlines

The customer has 24 hours to pay for the order.
Lack of payment will result in the order being canceled.


3. Order fulfillment

Execution begins after payment is received .

3.1. Order preparation time

We usually sew orders and prepare them for shipping within:

3–7 business days

During periods of increased traffic (e.g. winter, holidays), this time may be extended to 14 business days - we will inform the customer about this in a visible manner.

3.2. Made-to-order products

Some of our products are made especially for you:

  • possibility to choose the length,

  • option to add a lining,

  • individual dimensions,

  • hand-finished.

Therefore, the lead time may vary depending on the design.


4. Delivery methods

We ship orders from Poland and Germany (depending on logistical availability) using trusted carriers.

4.1. Domestic deliveries (Poland)

  • InPost courier

4.2. International deliveries (EU)

  • DHL Parcel / DHL Paket

  • German carriers (depending on the delivery country)

4.3. Real delivery time

  • Poland: 1–3 business days

  • European Union: 3–7 business days

  • UK/Scandinavia: 5-10 business days

Delivery times may be longer during holiday periods - this is beyond the store's control.


5. Shipping costs

Delivery costs depend on:

  • selected shipping method,

  • recipient country,

  • dimensions of the package.

The exact delivery cost is visible in the shopping cart before placing your order .


6. Tracking your shipment

Each parcel has a tracking number.
Once the shipment has been shipped, the customer receives an automatic email with a tracking link.


7. Incorrect delivery address

If the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • the delivery time may be longer,

  • the carrier may return the parcel to the sender,

  • Re-shipping may require an additional fee.


8. Receipt of the shipment

8.1. Damage to the package

If the packaging is visibly damaged, we recommend:

  • open the package in the presence of the courier,

  • draw up a damage report,

  • photograph the damage.

The protocol will facilitate faster complaint processing.


9. Failure to receive the shipment

  • A parcel from a parcel locker usually waits 48 hours .

  • If it is not picked up, it is returned to the sender.

  • Courier shipments usually have 2 delivery attempts .

If you do not collect your order:

  • the store has the right to deduct shipping costs in both directions,

  • The refund, minus shipping costs, will be made within 14 days .


10. Deliveries within the EU

We ship to most European Union countries, including:

  • Germany,

  • Austria,

  • Netherlands,

  • Belgium,

  • France,

  • The czech republic,

  • Slovakia,

  • Spain,

  • Italy and others.

Shipping prices vary by country.


11. Custom delivery and large orders

In the case of a larger number of products (e.g. several jackets, sets, larger sizes), the shipping cost may be calculated individually.

The customer will receive information about the price before shipment.
