Returns Policy

RETURN POLICY - MAYBELL'S
1. Introduction
At Maybell's, we want every purchase to be completely satisfying. Our products are made in a small workshop, in small batches, with attention to detail and natural materials. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet expectations – that's why we offer a simple and secure returns policy.
This Returns Policy explains the process for withdrawing from a contract and returning an order at Maybell's.

2. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
  1. A customer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the package.
  2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you do not need to give a reason.
  3. Simply report your desire to return via the Convenient Returns platform, available on the store's website.
  4. Returns can only be made if the product:
    • was not used,
    • is not damaged or dirty,
    • has tags (if attached),
    • is in a condition suitable for re-sale.

3. Personalized products
  1. Products made to individual specifications (e.g. non-standard sleeve length, custom size, custom lining) may not be eligible for return .
  2. This does not apply if the product is defective – then the complaints procedure applies.

4. How to make a return?
The returns process is carried out via the Wygodne Zwroty platform, which guides the customer step by step.
Instruction:
  1. Go to the Maybell's store website and open the "Returns" tab.
  2. Click on the button leading to the Convenient Returns platform.
  3. Enter the order number and data required by the system.
  4. Select your preferred method of returning your parcel.
  5. Send the product according to the instructions visible in the system.

5. Returns address
Returns are processed via the Wygodne Zwroty platform. Once the label is generated, the system automatically routes the shipment to the appropriate logistics address.
In the case of withdrawal returns, the store does not accept parcels sent "cash on delivery".

6. Deadline for returning the parcel
  1. After submitting a return request, the customer has 14 days to return the product.
  2. Products not returned after the deadline are not eligible for refund.

7. Refund
  1. The refund will be made within 14 days from the moment when:
    • we received the package, and
    • the product has been checked and accepted.
  2. The refund will be made using the same payment method used to make the purchase (unless the parties agree otherwise).
  3. The costs of return are borne by the customer (in accordance with the provisions on withdrawal from the contract).
  4. If a customer returns only part of the ordered products, the original shipping costs may be refunded proportionally, in accordance with consumer law.

8. Customer's responsibility for diminished value of the product
If the product shows signs of use, is dirty, damaged, missing tags or is not suitable for resale, the store may:
  • reduce the refund amount, or
  • refuse to refund the funds.
Examples that may reduce the value of a product:
  • traces of use (smell of cosmetics, perfume, hair, fur),
  • pulls, stains, damage,
  • washing the product,
  • no original tag.

9. Returns of unclaimed parcels
  1. If the customer does not collect the parcel and it is returned to the sender, this is treated as a simple withdrawal from the contract.
  2. The cost of re-shipping and the cost of return may be deducted from the refund amount.

10. Returns of promotional products
  1. Products purchased on promotion are also eligible for return (unless expressly stated otherwise).
  2. Refunds are charged at the promotional price.

11. Complaints – distinction from returns
Returns apply if the product does not meet expectations.
The complaint concerns a situation in which the product has a defect .
