Returns Policy

1. Introduction

At Maybell's, we strive to ensure that every purchase is completely satisfactory. Our products are made in a small workshop, in small batches, with attention to detail and natural materials. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet expectations – which is why we offer returns in accordance with applicable law.

This Returns Policy sets out the terms and conditions for withdrawing from the contract and the procedure for returning orders at Maybell's - both for Polish and foreign customers.

2. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

  1. Every customer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the shipment , without giving any reason.
  2. The 14-day period applies to the notification of the intention to withdraw from the contract .
  3. Simply returning the product does not constitute a successful return.
  4. Returns submitted after 14 days will not be accepted .

3. Returns Procedure - Customers from Poland

  1. Customers from Poland are obliged to notify the customer of their intention to return the goods within 14 days of receiving the order by contacting the store staff or using the form available on the website.
  2. After the seller accepts the return notification , the customer is given the opportunity to use the Wygodne Zwroty platform, through which it is possible to generate a return label.
  3. The Convenient Returns platform is only available after the return has been accepted by the seller.
  4. Returns sent without prior notification, without the seller's approval or after 14 days will not be accepted , even if they have been posted.

4. Return procedure – foreign customers (outside Poland)

  1. The Convenient Returns platform does not support international returns.
  2. Foreign customers are obliged to notify their intention to withdraw from the contract by e-mail or via the customer account within 14 days of receiving the shipment.
  3. The product can only be returned after receiving confirmation of receipt of the notification and the details for returning the parcel from the seller.
  4. Returns sent without prior notification or without the seller's approval will not be accepted .

5. Personalized products

  1. Products made according to individual customer specifications (e.g. non-standard length, individual size, custom-made lining) are non-returnable .
  2. The exception are situations in which the product has a defect - in which case the complaints procedure applies.

6. Return acceptance conditions

The returned product must:

  • be unused,
  • be clean and undamaged,
  • have tags (if attached),
  • be suitable for resale.

7. Return shipment deadline

  1. After accepting the return request, the customer has 14 days to send the return shipment .
  2. The date of shipment is decisive , not the date of its delivery to the seller.
  3. Products not shipped within this time period will not be refunded .

8. Refund

  1. The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the return shipment and positive product verification.
  2. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for purchase.
  3. The cost of returning the product is borne by the customer.

9. Liability for diminished value of the product

If the product shows signs of use (e.g. odors, stains, damage, missing tags), the store may reduce the refund amount or refuse to refund.

10. Unclaimed shipments

  1. An uncollected parcel is treated as a withdrawal from the contract.
  2. Return and re-shipment costs may be deducted from the refund amount.

11. Promotional Products

Products purchased during the promotion are subject to return and the refund will be calculated at the promotional price.

12. Complaints

Returns apply to withdrawals from the contract. Complaints concern product defects and are governed by a separate policy ("Complaints").
