Right of Withdrawal Information

At Maybell’s, we place great importance on the highest quality standards, careful craftsmanship, and the use of natural materials. Each product is manufactured with particular attention to detail.

Should an item nevertheless not meet your expectations, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract in accordance with legal provisions.

This return and withdrawal policy governs the conditions for returns at Maybell’s.

2. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without stating any reasons.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by email within 14 days of receiving the order.

The mere return of the goods without prior notification is not considered an effective withdrawal.

3. Return Process

Please contact us by email before any return.

After receiving your request, you will receive further information and the return address.

Please do not return items without prior contact and confirmation from us.

4. Personalized and Custom-Made Products

Products that are manufactured according to individual customer specifications are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

This applies in particular to items with special dimensions, individual adjustments, or products specially made for the customer.

Your statutory warranty rights for defective goods remain unaffected by this.

5. Requirements for Returns

Returned items must be unused, clean, undamaged, and in a resalable condition.

If labels were present, they should still be attached to the product.

In the event of a reduction in value due to handling of the goods that goes beyond the examination of their characteristics, quality, and functionality, we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount accordingly.

6. Deadline for Returns

After declaring your withdrawal, you have 14 days to return the goods to us.

The dispatch date of the return is decisive.

7. Refund

The refund will be processed within 14 days of receipt and inspection of the return.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original order, unless otherwise agreed.

The direct costs of the return are borne by the customer.

8. Unclaimed Shipments

If a shipment is not accepted or collected by the customer and is returned to us, the resulting return costs and, if applicable, the costs of a new delivery may be deducted from the refund.

9. Sale and Promotional Items

Reduced items or items purchased during promotions can also be returned in accordance with legal provisions.

The refund will be equal to the actual purchase price paid.

10. Complaints

This policy applies exclusively to the withdrawal from a distance contract.

In the event of defects or faults, customers can assert their statutory warranty rights.
